Writing a Business Message

When making a business one must remember a important question will be asking themselves, " what is in it for them? That is a question the person sending out the message must keep in mind when trying to get the audiences attention. The message should be much more than just giving information. One should also consider the right words for the occasion. For example, when writing a speech, it is important to avoid using gender bias words which contains "man". Instead of man-made, it's best to write artificial or synthetic. Instead of saying mankind, it is best to use words like humanity, human beings or even people. Another big mistake many people do is use racial/ethnic Bias. Avoid stereotypes or identifying people by their race or ethnicity. It is not the persons race but what the person offers that's important to the business. The Yankees have learned the importance of diversity and therefore know the importance of each individual; there is no need to bring up their race, it is irrelevant.
